Below is a list of recent projects completed by Lakes and Rivers Contracting, Inc.

Completed in November of 2004 for IDOT, the project consisted of replacing the existing cast in place structure with a new precast/prestressed structure.

Performed in both 2003 and 2005, the projects involved removing timber debris from around IDOT structures crossing waterways.

Scheduled for final completion in May 2006, the project involves the removal of the existing 74 year old structure and replacing it with a new two span, cast in place and post tensioned bridge.

Completed in 2004, the project consisted of adding armor plates to approximately 600 feet of pier and resurfacing the pier with a 1’ reinforced concrete overlay.

Project involved replacing the existing limestone bearing seats with new precast concrete bearing seats during a 30 hour track outage.
